Liquidity loans will be the basic additional support instrument for local entrepreneurs when fighting the coronavirus pandemic. The loans will be made available on favorable, preferential terms, with a deferred repayment date. This money will go to business through financial intermediaries commissioned by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. The loan will be complementary to the product planned for implementation in the Intelligent Development Operational Program, and the rules for granting it will be uniform for the entire country.
These loans will be granted on very favorable terms. As yet, they will not be subject to the condition that they must be allocated for investment purposes. The owner of the company will be able to use this injection of cash to cover the necessary expenses in the scope of the company's operations in order to maintain as many jobs as possible and maintain the liquidity of the company.

There will also be changes in relation to loans already granted by financial intermediaries cooperating with Bank of the National Economy, which will consist of extending the application and extending the grace period in starting loan repayment and introducing credit holidays, i.e. interruptions in loan repayment.
In addition, under Axis 1 of the ROP of the Podkarpackie Voivodship 2014-2020, intensive activities are carried out to help entrepreneurs fulfill their obligations under concluded co-financing agreements as soon as possible by simplifying the procedures for disbursement of funds and launching the advance system.
