Last Friday, 15 May 2020, ous Stakeholder Online Workshop Session took place. The Session was run with the use of the Microsoft Teams platform. In the beginning, our Project Leader - Malene Aaram Vike - welcomed all the guests. With this occasion, we'd like to say huge Thank you to all attendants, as the number of 36 is really impressive.
Next, our Advisory partner had a chance to introduce the subject of the workshop, thereafter the first Norwegian Good Practice was presented by representatives of four companies: The County Council Møre and Romsdal; Innovation Norway; The County Governor Møre and Romsdal; and The municipality of Rauma. They presented the agreement hoppid.no and the role of each institution in that agreement.
I guess I don't need to present The County Council Møre and Romsdal as it's the Lead organization of our project. Innovation Norway (Innovasjon Norge AS) is a state company founded in 2004 to promote Norwegian trade, tourism, and inventions, replacing the four existing non-governmental organizations: Norges Turistråd, Norwegian Tourist Board Norges Eksportråd; Norwegian Trade Council Statens nærings- og distriktsutviklingsfond - SND; Norwegian Industrial and Regional Development Fund Statens veiledningskontor for oppfinnere - SVO; Government Consultative Office for Inventors. The owner of Innovation Norway is the Ministry of Trade and Development and poviats. Their offices are located in all counties of Norway and in more than 30 countries around the world.
The County Governor is the chief representative of King and Government in the county, and works for the implementation of Storting (Parliament) and central government decisions. Rauma is a municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is part of the traditional district of Romsdal. The administrative centre is the town of Åndalsnes. Other settlements in Rauma include the villages of Vågstranda, Måndalen, Innfjorden, Veblungsnes, Verma, Isfjorden, Eidsbygda, Rødven, Åfarnes, and Mittet. Most settlement in the municipality is located along the fjords and in the Romsdalen valley. After this presentation, we had a bit of time to take a break.
After the break, the screen belonged to Spain. The three Good Practices have been presented:
- Granada University and its collaborations with entities through the signing of agreements in favor of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Granada;
- The Provincial Plan for Entrepreneurs in the framework of “Network Granada”, a partnership procedure between Granada Provincial Council and local authorities in the province;
- From Granada SWOT: 2 pilot actions: - web map of support services for entrepreneurs - on line common agenda.
After the presentation of the SWOT analysis from Granada by our Project Partner - Ignacio Fernández-Aragón Sánchez - the meeting was closed by Our Lead Partner - Malene Aaram Vike. Despite the fact that the meeting was run online, I guess we may surely say that it was really fruitful meeting. We hope to be able to run our activities on a regular basis pretty soon.
