As you remember, I have already informed you about the activities of our Project Partner from Poland (RRDA) about activities aimed at reducing the negative impact of the pandemic on the situation of MSME in the region. In the recent past, I informed you about the support, which will consist in granting working capital grants for micro-entrepreneurs from the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.
Rzeszów Regional Development Agency S.A. as a Grantor, selected by the Board of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Managing Authority of the Regional Operational Program of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020 in accordance with Art. 10 sec. 2 of the Act of April 3, 2020 on special solutions supporting the implementation of operational programs in connection with the occurrence of COVID-19 in 2020 in order to implement the Project "Support for working capital for micro and small enterprises - grant support"
At this point, our Partner announces a call for applications for support in the form of grants for working capital!
Amount earmarked for support in the form of grants - PLN 39,425,606.54, including:
- for economic activities in the tourism and tourism-related industry - PLN 11,827,681.96;
- for business activities in other industries - PLN 27 597 924.58.
Applications for aid in the form of a grant will be accepted only in an electronic form submitted using the gov.pl internet platform with the use of a trusted signature.
Grants may be awarded to entrepreneurs for projects supporting the maintenance of economic activity who, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, are in a difficult situation on the day of granting aid (within the meaning of Article 2 (18) of the EC Regulation No. 651/2014) or in a situation of a sudden shortage ie they recorded a decrease in turnover not less than 50%. This decrease may only be shown from the next month after February 1, 2020. i.e. from March 2020. compared to the previous calendar month or the corresponding calendar month of the previous year. Only full billing months of the business activity may be taken into account. The months in which the entrepreneur had suspended activities cannot be taken into account when calculating the decrease in turnover.
