Lots of events are taking place online because of the world pandemic situation. Just as it was mentioned about the European Week of Regions and Cities that will mostly be run online. But for now, I'd like to tell you about the event that is titled EXPO 2020. Virtual Expo 2020 (from 6 to 8 October) is a hybrid event combining on-line meetings as part of a virtual fair and traditional accompanying events - broadcast live.
All entrepreneurs from the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, as well as from all over Poland related to aviation, automotive, IT and telecommunications, as well as work and quality of life, especially tourism, are invited to participate free of charge.
Participation as an on-line exhibitor requires prior registration, which is available until September 24, 12:00 in a website: virtualexpo.podkarpackie.pl.
During the fair, registered exhibitors will have their own personalized virtual stands on the Virtual Expo platform. The visualization of the exhibition hall will present the available exhibitors in the form of active logos, which will allow each visitor to the fair to visit a virtual stand with available options, such as chat.
As part of the Podkarpackie Virtual Expo fair, Ekogala will also be held, i.e. a fair of high-quality products and food and a job fair. An additional attraction will be the direct broadcast of accompanying events from the studio organized in the G2A Arena of the Exhibition and Congress Center. These will be webinars and Q&A sessions (questions and answers with invited experts from specific industries, as well as concerts of music bands and shows.
