An update on the 3rd Stakeholder meetings of Attica and Lubelskie partners
As the project’s online study visits are coming to an end, our project partners have started contacting their stakeholders to discuss updates about the project, the best practices presented during the study visits, and the direction they would like to take in terms of which best practice/s (or its certain aspects) they would like to replicate in their region.
Below is an update of how these meetings went for our Greek and Polish partners.
Different projects, same policy tool
On the 14th of October 2020, the project consortium of the Interreg Europe project called E-Cool held their 6th Stakeholder’s Action Group (SAG) meeting. During the meeting, the implementation of the Scale Up project was also briefly presented.
The E-Cool project, which deals with the Entrepreneurial and Intrapreneurial Mindset in Young People through the Dynamisation of Competences, Teaching Methodologies and Entrepreneurial Ecosystem, is also implemented by the Attica PTA. The RDF of Attica interconnects the two projects related to the same policy tool of the RDP 2014-2020 through the project manager of the E-Cool project who participates as a coordinator of the SG of the Scale Up project and actively cooperates in its implementation in collaboration with the external experts team of Scale up.
Discussing international projects in Covid-times
How are international projects implemented in a world disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic? Do and will results of these projects impact the present and future reality? These questions were addressed during the online meeting organised under the World Week of Entrepreneurship entitled “New reality on the European level – international projects in the Covid-19 pandemic period”. The meeting combined the 3rd Lubelskie SAG meeting of the SCALE UP project.
The meeting and the discussion were led by the project expert Rafał Lizut, DSc, whose activity is particularly appreciated abroad, where he promotes scientific and industrial solutions, culture and education, initiating long-term bilateral cooperation. During the event, a great deal of attention was paid to the project. The SCALE UP methodology of actions as well as 4 selected practices supporting entrepreneurship and innovations were presented. These selected practices had been successfully implemented by the partners of the SCALE UP project from Germany (MoWiN), Italy (Open Innovation Challenge), Spain (Traccion), and Great Britain (Employability). The participants of the meeting discussed how international experience can be used in the region and which good practice (programme) would be most useful and appropriate to be implemented in the Lubelskie Voivodeship.
Other consortium partners are planning their next SAG meetings as well. We will soon find out which best practice/s our partners have chosen. Stay tuned!
