As part of the programme for Policy Learning Platform workshop on cultural heritage Vest-Agder County Council has been invited to share insights in one the good practices identified in the Agder region during the Hericoast-project.

Ms. Hege Kristin Martinsen will present the good practice of Agder Preservation Centres. The good practice is about preservation centres helping house owners and craftsmen in preserving built heritage in accordance with the regulations. This approach is also beneficial for public authorities as it contributes to establishing constructive dialogue with citizens engaged in maintenance of built heritage. The practice proved to be successful and could be an inspiring example for other regions and cities facing challenges in preserving built heritage.

Together with Ms. Martinsen Ms. Dora Vrinceanu from Tulcea County Council will also attend the workshop. Tulcea County Council has identified the good practise of Casa Avramide during the Hericoast.
