During the first meetings held with stakeholders by project partners they were asked to fill in the questionnaire on public procurement for innovation (PPI) and the instrument which could be used to enhance PPI application in their respective countries.
Depending on the country, the majority of respondents consider that PPI could be a good tool to promote innovation although it seems that in most of the cases it is not sufficiently developed yet and the stakeholders do not possess sufficient information about this domain.
