4-topic based online library on issues related to IPP/PCP has been prepared by every project partner in accordance to the context of their region, aiming at fostering the knowledge of their stakeholders on the matter.
Prior to the implementation of the project the lack of knowledge on IPP/PCP by public authorities has been detected. In order to cater to this issue, the online courses and materials have been prepared in regional languages so that the stakeholders could benefit the most of it. These contents are available on iBuy website or all the project partner institution members and are free of charge. They include managerial, administrative and financial concepts to properly develop or improve IPP/PCP programmes in consortium member countries.
