On July, 1 2020, was held a dissemination event for stakeholders, aimed at proposing the project activities to a wider audience and at evaluating the willingness of new stakeholders to join the Lombardy Region stakeholder group, in order to make the exchange of experiences richer and more holistic, taking on board organisations with different peculiarities and perspectives.

Also the Stakeholders already involved in the Stakeholder meetings attended and gave their contribution to the event.

The whole Lombardy team presented the peculiarities of the project, from a general perspective (INTERREG Europe projects main features), to a local one (the specificities of the Lombardy Region’s approach), emphasising the new nuances, which enhance the Lombardy’s approach to the project.

Special attention was given to the idea of analysing through LC both the energy and the build environment value chains, in order to evaluate the overall sustainability of some choices in the energy planning, which involve the building value chain.

Also an overview of the recent Navarra Region’s TLJ2 was provided.

An interesting discussion followed, where specific considerations were raised by the attendees, in particular in order to clarify some aspects of the approach and the scale of the good practices to be identified.

The perception, coming also from the debate, was that all the attendees and the pertinent organisations were interested into the project activities and even to join the Stakeholder group, considering crucial the use of a methodology to support decisions, to improve policies and to monitor results and spill overs of policies.

The 18 participants represented:
•    The regional institution;
•    UNI - Italian standardization body;
•    ENEA - Italian National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development;
•    National research Council – ITC (The Construction Technologies Institute);
•    Green building council Italia;
•    Lombardy Energy Cleantech Cluster (LE2C);
•    ANCE Lombardia – regional branch of the National association of building contractors;
•    Unioncamere Lombardia – (public board that represents the local chamber system);
•    NAD-Italia: National association demolition activities.
•    ANAPR : National association of recycled aggregates producers.

A special thanks to all the attendees and to their approach and attitude in taking part in the event.
