The MONITORIS3 Project aims to address the CHALLENGE of MONITORING of the Regional Specialization Strategies (S3) developed by Regions as ex-ante conditionality for implementing Structural Funds.
Partners of MONITORIS3 participated in this Creative workshop for the design of Action Plans organized by GAIN last 9 July 2019 in Santiago de Compostela.
Based upon the methodology of Innovation Bootcamps, the aim of this seminar was to provide partners with tools that may help them to face the challenges stemming from the definition of their Action Plans.
Each region presented one action of their Action plan. The presentations were followed by a peer-review process, with the participation of external actors with sound knowledge on S3 strategies.
The workshop concluded with a presentation of the leader of the TITTAN project, who provided very interesting tips for the design of the Action Plans.
The event served as a starting point for the development of the six action plans to be implemented during the second phase of the project.
