The upcoming months will mark the end of the first phase of the project, dedicated to the interregional learning. Due to the slight slowing-down caused by the COVID-19, partners still have some good practices to explore, mainly on innovative tarification. At the same time and with the support of their stakeholders they will investigate in details some practices that caught their attention. The aim is to carry technical and feasibility studies to assess the transfer of these practices on their territories. Action plans will summarise the steps to follow to make these changes to the local waste policies a reality. We cannot wait to share with you the line of actions that will be adopted by partners to improve the sustainability of their territories thanks to innovation!

All the Good Practices identified by WINPOL will be available on the website. Nonetheless, we will also use a good old way to share them and prepare our so-called “Good Practices Guide”. It will be available for all by the end of the year, in different languages.

Until then, we look forward to welcoming you virtually on 23 June for the third Thematic Seminar on Different Models for Waste Generation Fees!
